The function of the main screw is to transport materials from the inlet to the outlet, and to heat and mix them. Compensation screw is a special type of screw that regulates the flow rate and temperature distribution of materials to achieve optimal manufacturing results.

 

The cylinder is usually composed of two parts: an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The inlet and outlet are connected to the product conveying pipeline, and the cooling water outlet and discharge outlet are used to regulate the temperature of the material and fully eliminate escaping gases.
