G-type single-screw pump is a new type of mechanical equipment for conveying liquids. 1. Before starting the G-type screw pump, it is necessary to determine the direction of operation of the screw pump and must not be reversed.

2. The G-type screw pump is strictly prohibited in the case of no liquid in the pump cavity. The screw pump must be injected into the pump body before starting the screw pump to avoid idling and wearing the screw pump stator.

3. The screw pump newly installed or stopped for a few days after the pump cannot be started immediately. An appropriate amount of lubricant or liquid delivered by the screw pump should be injected into the pump body first, use the Tube clamp to pull a few turns before starting.

4. After the G-type screw pump delivers high viscosity or particles and corrosive media, the screw pump cavity should be washed with water or solvent to prevent blockage, so as not to cause difficulty in starting the screw pump next time and damage the stator.

5. When using a single screw pump with low temperature in winter, the pump body fluid should be eliminated when not in use to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking or freezing in the pump to break the stator when starting next time.

6. During the use of the G-type screw pump, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box regularly. When the shaft end is found to have seepage, the oil seal should be treated or changed in time.

7. If an abnormal situation occurs during the operation of the G-type screw pump, you should stop immediately to check the cause and troubleshoot.
