Twin-screw extruder thread sleeve is commonly used in angle thread workpieces. In addition to mechanical processing, the thread can also be obtained by tapping and sleeve threads in the clamp processing method. Twin-screw extruder thread sleeve tapping is to process the internal thread on the inner cylinder surface of the workpiece with a tap; The sleeve thread is to process the external thread on the cylindrical rod with a die tooth.

Precautions for the use of threaded sleeve of twin-screw extruder:


1. Twin screw thread sleeve drilling

Use a standard drill to drill, the drilling depth is greater than or equal to the installation depth of the wire screw sleeve; Be careful not to drill the hole into a cone shape, and the chips should not fall in. After drilling, the hole should not exceed 0.4 pitch depth, because the hole is too large is not conducive to the screw-in.


2. Twin screw thread sleeve tapping

Tapping with a wire screw thread with specified thread specifications, the tapping length must exceed the length of the wire screw sleeve. For the through hole, all tapping must be tapped; The accuracy of the tapping determines the tolerance zone of the final standard inner screw hole, the user should properly select the tapping method and lubrication, and the blind hole tapping should be properly forced to prevent the tap. After tapping, the threaded hole should be cleaned, generally with compressed air spray gun blowing, blind hole should also be used long spray gun with diameter like hole from bottom to top, can also use cleaning method to clean the threaded hole. When the accuracy of the threaded hole is high, the wire screw sleeve bottom hole plug gauge is used for inspection.


3. Twin screw thread sleeve installation

In general, a manual installer is used for wire screw installation. The wire screw sleeve into the installation tool, so that the installation handle embedded in the guide rod groove rotation installation tool handle to make the wire screw screw into the screw hole, and make it from the surface to leave a 0.25 --- 0.75 ring hole thread. When installing a small amount of wire screw sleeves and above M14 * 2, it can be installed with "T" type slotting or thread head simple tools, and be careful not to apply a large axial force on the installation handle of the wire screw sleeve to prevent "random Buckle". After the installation of the wire screw sleeve, in order to check the accuracy of the standard internal thread hole formed, the corresponding level plug gauge can be used for inspection.


4. Twin screw thread sleeve to handle

For the steel wire screw sleeve with broken groove, the installation handle should be removed after screwing into the screw hole, and the handle tool should be used. When the through hole, the installation handle of the wire screw sleeve is broken. Generally, the flasher is aligned with the mounting handle, and it can be removed by hitting it with a hammer of about 200g, for M18 * 2.5 above the coarse tooth wire sleeve and M14 * 1.25 above the fine wire screw sleeve, with the tip-nose pliers up and down the installation handle can be broken. Then remove the broken mounting shank from the screw hole.


5. If you use an automatic breaker, you only need to use the punch of the automatic breaker to press the wire screw sleeve installed in the bottom hole with appropriate force to break the installation handle.
