Extruder screw maintenance work

When the extruder screw is in the process of continuous operation, its internal parts can not avoid wear and then directly lead to a decrease in production efficiency. In response to this bad phenomenon, the relevant industry has proposed to carry out corresponding maintenance on the extruder screw.


After the extruder screw is put into production, the production power will gradually change and decrease slightly due to the long-term dynamic load operation, corrosion caused by contact with corrosive gas and molten material, and the operation function of some transmission parts and screw barrels. . In normal operation, it is emphasized that the equipment should be maintained and maintained. The intention is to extend the working life of the equipment so that its operation function and production power can maintain a normal condition for a long period of time. To ensure the steady growth of the company's economic efficiency.


The maintenance of the extruder is divided into daily maintenance and regular maintenance. The daily maintenance work of the extruder is the operating procedure rules and operation precautions in the extruder production operation, and the operator must be carefully executed. The extruder can be regularly maintained and maintained according to the load and working time of the extruder. Generally, it can be operated by the repair fitter and the equipment operator once every six months or one year. The contents of the operation are as follows:


1Sweep, wipe the oil on all parts of the extruder and the dust in the electric control box.


2 Disassemble the gear transmission reducer, bearing gland, check the working wear condition of each transmission piece; observe the change of the quality of the lubricating oil and make up the amount of oil in time; if the oil contains more impurities, it should be filtered or replaced.


3 The worn gear should be mapped, and the bearing should be recorded. After the operation, a spare parts production or purchase plan should be proposed, and the time should be arranged to repair and replace.


4 Check the V-belt wear condition and adjust the center distance of the V-belt equipment (requires that the V-belt drive operation is important and appropriate); if the V-belt wear is severe, it should be replaced.


5 Check the wear of the barrel and screw. The inner surface of the barrel and the outer circumference of the screw thread have slight scratches and friction marks. They can be ground with fine oil stone or fine sand cloth to achieve flat lubrication. The barrel is machined, and the screw working surface (inner cylinder inner diameter and outer diameter of the screw) Measured scale.


6 detection, proofing the heating temperature of the barrel (measured by the mercury thermometer) and the appearance of the temperature error value to ensure the correct operation of the extruder operating process temperature.


7Adjust and experiment with various safety alarm devices to ensure the reliability and accuracy of their operations.


8 Check and test whether the various infusion lines (water, gas and lubricating oil) are smooth, and repair and dredge the leaking and blocking parts.


9 Check whether the connection of each transmission line is strong, and whether the safety grounding protection of the electric control box and equipment is strong.


10 Check, the experimental heating equipment, the cooling fan and the safety cover are in the correct orientation, and the necessary conditioning corrections are made to ensure that the extruder screw can work correctly and efficiently.
